It's on Roosevelt Island. In the middle is this scary statue of Teddy Roosevelt surrounded by a moat. It's a good place to go for a quick hike, though.

I've walked around that island once. I saw this idiot guy throw a ball in some really fast moving water for his dog to fetch and the poor dog almost drowned.
I'm embarrassed to admit... I don't know where this is.
