That's a nice long one. I used to love the wax rinds from Laughing Cow cheese.
It's from a big hunk of Gouda - part of one of my favorite summer meals: fruit, bread, and cheese. Yum!
Gouda is my favorite! This reminds me of a CSI rerun I just watched. A guy was making a clay pot on a pottery wheel, and the grooves he made in the wheel apparently picked up the conversation he was having with someone, and they were able to play it back as if the pottery was a record. I say B.S. but I'll eat the cheese.
