Well people, it looks like my trusty Canon has shit the bed. It will only take pictures like the one on the left (the image on the right I edited in Photoshop). My apologies for the quality of the pictures from this point forward as I am borrowing Larry's little pocket camera to take my daily photo. On the weekends I'll break out the Nikon, though.

I'm surprised you were able to fix it up as much as you did! So Canon can't fix it?
I still haven't contacted them. I'm hoping they'll be able to fix it though.
