What happens to the squash? Do you eat the squash? I would buy it and cut it just for the pictures.
I had this recipe for squash and black bean tacos that for some reason, I wanted to try. I kept trying to make them every night to a response of "Uhhh...I'm not feeling like squash tacos tonight" from Larry. (Otherwise known as, "Yuck! How could you come up with such a disgusting recipe, crazy woman?") Finally made them...and I think I'll be sticking with chicken or steak in my tacos from now on...
