photo challenge intro

So I'm finally getting on this blogging bandwagon - but I'm not at the point where I'm ready to start writing for the internet. So, I'll start by documenting my daily photo challenge - one photo a day for the next year. I got the idea here. I'm not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination - so here's what I can do with my little Canon point-and-click (ok, I have some manual settings, but my attempts at using them are usually unsuccessful). We'll see if I can pull this off for the next 365 days...
