We went down to the National Mall to check out the kite festival. It was neat, but I was sorry not to have a zoom lens to get some better photos. All those dots in the sky are kites though.

We saw Spiderman 3, ate some nasty french fries, chicken tenders, and a quesadilla (all of which tasted like hamburger grease), and drank a pitcher of Hook & Ladder.
Larry and I discovered a street in south Arlington with tons of cute little restaurants...we went to Cafe Pizzaiolo and stuffed our faces with awesome pizza and gelato (my favorite!). As if that wasn't enough food, we then had to go watch a movie about a rat chef...
Spent the afternoon with my dad at the Udvar-Hazy Center of the National Air and Space Museum. I think after 6 hours there, my brain's capacity for technical knowledge pertaining to aircraft has been exceeded!
