On my birthday (after a breakfast of gingerbread waffles at Killahevlin), we hopped in the car and headed down Skyline Drive. It was so foggy that it reminded me of being in Washington state.

For my birthday, we spent the weekend at the Killahevlin Bed + Breakfast in Front Royal, Virginia. Yes, I know, another picture of a Christmas tree, but the holiday decorations at the B+B were so beautiful that I couldn't help myself. The B+B also had an Irish pub with complimentary beer that you could serve yourself straight out of the tap.
