Apparently, this is what my hip looks like on the inside after I've had a bunch of dye injected into the joint...looks more like a side of beef to me. I think that kidney-shaped structure on the left is the top of my femur.

I had my first enameling class tonight. We practiced enameling on copper squares. I chose chinese red enamel - I accidentally overfired which caused the black to appear - but I like the marbelized effect.
